Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and / or lead simultaneous projects
• Coordinate projects and liaise with clients, consultants and municipalities
• Produce drawing packages to meet our quality control standards using Revit
• Manage simultaneous projects
• Review and assess project progress against budgets and timelines
• Develop and manage relationships with project architects, clients, consultants, municipalities, and contractors
• Attend and organize meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Resolve design and technical challenges

 Requirements :

• Hold a Diploma or a Degree in Architecture / Technology
• Registration or eligibility for registration with the AIBC
• Minimum 5-7 years’ architectural experience in BC working on large and small projects
• Proven experience with BCBC and VBBL

Skills we want you to have:

• Comprehensive project design experience from programming through to detailing
• Experience in multiple building typologies including residential (single and multi), commercial, retail interior projects, and renovation & renewals
• Experience with multiple construction systems including wood, steel, and concrete
• Municipal and consultant coordination experience
• Strong understanding of building envelope, construction assemblies, and an ability to prepare associated detailing
• Proficiency with Revit
