Parallel is now involved in the Construction Administration phase in a supportive role. This is a 3 storey rental complex, wood frame construction with concrete underground parking at a total of 60,290 sq.ft.
Another multifamily project with this owner, working as a team with the Architect MCM Partnership, this development is now going through the construction phase.
